We’re thrilled to announce expanded options for connecting with us, making it simpler and more convenient for you to manage your care. Here are some new digital avenues you can explore anytime, right from your own device.
Text Us to Connect
Contacting us just got a lot easier, and now you can send us a text message when it’s convenient for you. New and existing patients can text us at 321-241-6800 to get the conversation started. You can request an appointment, get help contacting your provider, and get your questions answered all by text message.
Request an Appointment Online
Both new and existing patients can now request appointments online through our “Request Appointment” link. To get started, you’ll just need the patient’s birthday and the name of their insurance provider, if applicable.
After submitting your online request, one of our BHA patient service representatives will reach out to you via your preferred communication method (phone, email, or text) to set up your appointment. A few days before your visit, we’ll send you a text message and email to confirm your appointment along with any necessary registration forms you may need to fill out beforehand.
The initial online registration typically takes 5-10 minutes and involves collecting your contact details, as well as information about your physical, social, and emotional health.
To complete the patient registration forms, you’ll need:
- A government-issued ID, if available
- Insurance provider name and policy ID, if applicable
- Information about the patient’s medical history
If you are completing the forms on your phone, you can take photos of your ID and insurance cards and load them directly into the form. If you don’t add photos of your cards during the registration process, we can scan copies when you check in for your visit.
Check In for Your Appointment
We’ve introduced a new digital check-in feature to streamline the process and save you time. After confirming your appointment and filling out any required forms, you’ll receive instructions on how to check in digitally via email or text.
For first-time visitors to BHA or if we need to update your information, you may be asked to check-in at the front desk when you arrive. However, if our records are current and no additional information is required, you’ll receive a text with a link to check yourself in when you arrive.
If you opt to check in via the text message link, our team may send you additional texts to communicate with you during your visit.
Paying Your Bill Online
You can now conveniently pay your BHA bill online from your own device. Simply visit our website and click the “Pay My Bill” button or pay using your phone or a BHA tablet during your visit. You also have the option to save your credit card details with us for future visits, making payments quick and hassle-free.

Visiting the BHA Patient Portal
As a BHA patient, you can create an account to access your information anytime, anywhere. Through the portal, you can:
- Exchange messages with your provider’s office
- Request prescription renewals
- View and manage future appointments
- Access visit summaries, treatment plans, referrals, and test results
- Track immunizations and screenings
- Access educational materials recommended by your provider

You can get in touch with our Contact Center by calling or texting us at 321-241-6800. We can assist you with scheduling appointments, coordinating communication with your provider’s office, and connecting you with on-call doctors or urgent care options after hours.
