Vincent James, PA-C

Vincent James enjoys caring for patients of all ages, with a strong focus on preventive medicine, lifestyle medicine, and patient education. He believes exercise, nutrition, and healthy habits are among the most powerful tools for achieving long-term health and partners with patients to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Vincent also enjoys performing a variety of in-office procedures, including joint injections, skin biopsies, cryotherapy, laceration repair, and abscess incision and drainage, allowing many patients to receive comprehensive care in one convenient location.

Outside of the clinic, Vincent enjoys living the healthy lifestyle he encourages in his patients. He stays active through exercise, outdoor activities, and coaching fitness classes. He enjoys cooking nutritious meals and continually learning new things. He also loves traveling, experiencing different cultures, scuba diving, spending time with his dog, Lucy, and serving through his church and community.
