Sean Claeys, DO

Dr. Claeys enjoys working with patients to help manage complex chronic conditions, including cardiovascular disease, heart failure, diabetes, hypertension, and chronic kidney disease. He is passionate about preventive care and supporting patients in maintaining their health and independence as they age. His commitment to healthcare extends beyond the exam room through his work as an adjunct professor for the Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine at FIT, where he mentors future physicians.

A Florida native, Dr. Claeys enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. As a family, they love traveling and staying active through soccer, volleyball, surfing, hiking, camping, climbing, and pickleball. On weekends, he can often be found cheering from the sidelines as his daughters compete in sports.
