David Newman, LCSW

David Newman enjoys helping individuals build meaningful, lasting change using evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). His clinical interests include supporting people living with serious mental illness, medical conditions, insomnia, psychosis, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. David is passionate about helping patients develop practical coping skills, recognize their strengths, and make meaningful progress toward lives that reflect their personal values.

Outside of the therapy office, David enjoys playing pickleball, exploring music, and adding to a record collection he has built over many years. He treasures time with his wife, son, and extended family, and enjoys the lively, multigenerational household they share. One of his favorite current projects is introducing his young great-niece to the world of music and DJing.
